Ryan Hope, a british film director, who created music videos for I Blame Coco, Alpines and Groove Armada, collaborated with the brand new edgy magazine Garage to make a short documentary "Skin" dedicated to the art of tattoo. The film pushes the boundaries of our perception of art, proving that tatoo can be as significant as any other artistic medium.

 The renowned artists - Damien Hurst, Jeff Koons and Raymond Pettibon are among them - used the human body as canvas to create the exceptional works of art. The director also documented the life of the best tattoo salons in London, New York and Los Angeles. 

The film premiers in London on November 16th at Christie's.
