T d l M :: What do you enjoy most about being a make-up artist?

Violet :: Being creative and interacting with talented and great-minded people. I love playing with colours and a variety of products on faces, which become my canvas when I work, to create different looks. It is important for me to constantly find new inspiration and to keep learning.

T d l M :: How did you become part of the T d l M 'Nonpareil' team?

Violet :: I got in touch with designer Chris through T d l M's blogger and it all came together naturally.

T d l M :: What did you bring to Nonpareil?

Violet :: I created 3 different looks on model Andrew to help represent the theme of the film and made sure his hair and face look flawless during the shoot. My ability to transform a single person into different characters by changing their hair and make-up to accompany different outfits was particularly useful for this shoot. 

T d l M :: What did you gain from the Nonpareil experience?

Violet :: As someone who is always excited about fashion, I appreciated the opportunity to have a close look T d l M's design, style and spirit. The Nonpareil film team was professional and efficient, yet friendly and accommodating. I guess that kind of attitude is something everyone looks for while working on creative projects. I made some great contacts and of course this experience will be very helpful in my future.
